3 easy steps to register with dkgam

What information is needed for registration

During registration with dkgam, you will need to provide the following information. This information should always be accurate and truthful.

• Full Name: Write your real name in Bengali or English. It must match your ID card or passport.
• Email address: Provide an active email. We will send important updates and verification codes to this email.
• Phone Number: Enter a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. It will be used for password resets and account security.
• Date of birth: Provide your genuine date of birth. dkgam only permits people aged 18 and above.
• Strong Password: Create a password of at least 8 characters that includes letters, numbers, and special characters.

Avoid common registration mistakes

Many new players make common mistakes during registration. Avoid these mistakes and make your registration process smooth.

• Providing Incorrect Information: Never provide false or altered information. This can cause account issues later and create obstacles in transactions.
• Opening an account under someone else's name: Each account is strictly for one person only. Playing under someone else's name may result in your account being temporarily or permanently suspended.
• Using a weak password: A weak password puts your account at risk. Always create a strong, unique password and never share it with anyone.
• Providing an Incorrect Phone Number: Provide your current, active phone number. This is necessary for important notifications and security.
• Misrepresenting Your Age: dkgam strictly does not permit anyone under 18 years old. Provide your genuine date of birth.
