Accounts created using false information will be terminated immediately, and any balance or bonuses held in the account may be forfeited.

03 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on dkgam are conducted securely and transparently. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking or e-wallet account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from any payment method registered in a third party's name are not accepted.
• Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process.
• You must comply with dkgam's specified minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits.
• If money laundering or suspicious financial activity is detected, the account in question will be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
• To withdraw, your account must be fully verified and applicable wagering conditions must be met.

04 Bonus & Promotion Policy

Dkgam regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please carefully understand the following conditions before using these offers:

• Each bonus offer comes with its own wagering requirements, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified promotional period; any unclaimed bonuses will be automatically cancelled once the period expires.
• Dkgam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at its reasonable discretion.
• Any attempt to create fake accounts or exploit the system in order to claim bonus benefits will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

05 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

All games on dkgam are operated fairly and transparently. We use internationally recognized Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure every game outcome is completely unbiased.

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG, and neither dkgam nor any other party can interfere with the results.

• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering activity on the platform.

07 Account Closure and Suspension Policy

Dkgam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Upon direction from any court or regulatory authority.

You may request to close your account at any time. Before account closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance, provided there are no restrictions.
